On 2/23/2022, a severe winter storm swept across Dallas, Texas causing difficult road & operating conditions through out the day leading into the night. On 2/24/2022, conditions did not improve in which our shipping partners have notified us that they will not be able to service our shipments today. All orders that were scheduled to ship on 2/24/2022 will attempt to be shipped on 2/25/2022. All in stock orders will attempt to be shipped on 2/25/2022. Manufacturing lead times for all orders that are not in stock can add an additional 1-2 days on top of the current manufacturing lead time.
We do apologize for the inconvenience. With the winter storm closure earlier this month, the ongoing supply chain issues, and facility expansion projects we are working around have lead to an undesirable turnaround time. We are also experiencing a significant increase in daily orders being placed.
We appreciate all of our new and existing customers that are working with us in these challenging times. We look forward to have our manufacturing lead times back to normal.
