*Please make sure sample has at least a 1"x1" Flat surface. We recommend to ship sample in a bubble mailer envelope or a sturdy box. Please leave contact information, order size, and if you would like us to keep sample on file or to send sample back with order*

Once your sample panel arrives at our facility, we will carefully evaluate and assess the color with a lab chemists to make sure it is something we can accomplish to a degree that both customer & Crosslink will be happy with. We will then give you a call to finalize any information we don't have. After order submission, your color sample is scanned into our system and will go into production. Depending on the complexity of the color, your match can take same day to 3 working business days to complete. Upon completion, a final visual inspection is made under multiple lighting conditions to ensure that you have the best possible match. Your paint will then be transferred to the products you requested and finally to our shipping department where you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped along with your tracking information. Upon request, we can mail back you sample panel or you can leave it here at our production facility for future orders.
