*Please make sure sample has at least a 1"x1" Flat surface. We recommend to ship sample in a bubble mailer envelope or a sturdy box. Please leave contact information, order size, and if you would like us to keep sample on file or to send sample back with order*

Once your sample panel arrives at our facility, we will carefully evaluate and assess the color with a chemists to make sure it is something we can accomplish to a degree that both customer & Crosslink will be happy with. We will then give you a call to finalize any information we don't have. After order submission, your color sample is scanned into our system and will go into production. Depending on the complexity of the color, your match can take same day to 2-3 working business days to complete. Upon completion, a final visual inspection is made under 2 lighting conditions to ensure that you have the best possible match. Your paint will then be transferred to the products you requested and finally to our shipping department where you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped along with your tracking information. Upon request, we can mail back you sample panel or you can leave it here at our production facility for future orders.

Q: Why Is There A Minimum Order Size Requirement For Custom Color Matching?

A: Since custom colors are not something that we produce in bulk & sell every day, they are more expensive to make due to the time of research and developing the color and the minimum batch size requirement we have to make up.

Q: How Long Does The Custom Color Matching Process Take?

A: Typically 0-3 working business days. On some occasions, this could be longer depending on how difficult the color is to match. If so we will give you a call to discuss possible options.

Q: After A Color Match Is Made, How Long Will It Take My Order To Ship?

A: Single color small quantity orders will usually ship the same day a match is made. Multiple color matches & large quantity orders can take multiple days to fill.

Q: Before An Order Is Placed, Can We Send A Sample Of The Paint Match To See If We Like The Paint?

A: Unfortunately we can't make up any samples of the paint before an order is placed in.

Q: How Can You Guarantee The Paint Match Will Be To Our Satisfaction?

A: When your sample arrives at our facility, we will risk assess and consult with our paint chemist to see how close of a paint match we can get. We will then consult with you on our findings and give you our best guidance on what you can realistically expect from our custom color matching service before an order is placed in. Every color is different. When you are trying to replicate something out of different materials it is always going to be a challenge to get a 99.9% match. Especially for textured & metallic colors. Our goal is to make sure you and our expectations of the paint match are the same before an order is placed in. If we do not think this is something we can accomplish we will graciously decline the order offer. If we do decide to take the order & later run into a problem in the color matching process that we think both the customer and us will not be satisfied, your order can be canceled & we will refund your money 100%.
